OUR GROUP RULES . . .
** These are our group rules and
are being posted only so that we may have
guidelines for the group. I hope that you do not take offense to
them. **
# 1. You will be required to post once every two
weeks. You need not post an applet if you don't
have one, or haven't learned yet. Try to post
something that others can use.....such as graphics, midis or a
background you may have made. Ripple scripts, rain or snow
scripts are also allowed.
# 2. Please, absolutely no explicit or
pornographic images , many of us have small children and
grandchildren who like to see these posts. Even though I am
not personally offended by this, others may be. I want to keep the
list as friendly as possible.
# 3. Please limit the file size of your stationery from
to 350 KB, try to remember to compress your images and definitely the
wav files if you use them as they are usually too large to use for
stationery.
# 4. Snagging is permitted but please ask the creator’s
permission if there was something special done to it, like a frame etc.
and midis of course may be snagged any time, we all snag those at will
don’t we, LOL!
# 5. If it is necessary you go to no mail,
please let
Karen or Shari know.
# 6. Lastly, but most importantly, this is
going to be a fun group where we have gathered to learn and help others
learn to create beautiful applet stationery for Outlook
Express. We will Not tolerate
bickering, nit-picking, or any kind of flaming towards other members.
This is a waste of precious time and we are here to learn and have fun
doing it. Those who flagrantly violate this rule will be unsubbed
from this group.
If something should occur that creates a
problem between members , please keep it off the list - absolutely no
postings of that type to the group will be tolerated.
Contact Karen, Shari or Norma Jean immediately and
appropriate action will be taken. There will be
No personal contacting or members for harassment or hurtful
remarks. If you don't have anything good to say, keep it to
yourself. Honestly, we are all adults here and have never had any
problems in the past.
Most of you have known me for years, I am a
very patient person....however, I am not a well person and cannot deal
with childish behavior. Please think twice before hurting someone
else's feelings.
This world suffers from enough pain and
this group has been one of the brightest spots in it for
me.
Please don't ruin it.
Sometimes someone will step over the line
a tiny bit.....
forthat I have no concern.
My concern is mainly with those who are
disruptive to the group.
